About the redesigners |

|
Jerry Ballard, originally from Jacksonville, FL, has been a Kansas City resident for many years! Currently in Leawood, Jerry brings years of experience as a watercolorist and collage artist to work in a client's home. A graduate of William Woods, her own love and instinct for interior design is present in each home the team visually coordinates. She currently has a room at the Mission Road Antique Mall, where she can design over and over again! She is married with two grown daughters, one of whom is partner Kim. Jerry says she loves the process of taking a room apart and watching it develop into something beautiful. Time and again she is amazed by the transformation that occurs using the same furnishings in a new way. |

Kim Mawhiney, of Overland Park, KS, graduated with a degree in Interior Design from William Woods University. Her student internship was with Madden-McFarland Interiors. While in St. Louis for five years, she began her own small design service. She felt early on that there was a need for advice without the obligation to buy. Through her service she tried to provide assistance in rearranging and just being that extra "eye." Upon learning about Carole Talbott and the Visual Coordination technique, Kim took her own philosophy and meshed it with this incredible process -- to provide the kind of service she believes in. Kim is married with a 23-year old son and 19-year old daughter. |

Pat Woodworth, a life long resident of Overland Park, KS, and KU graduate, is not only a Visual Coordinator but a practicing watercolorist. Her work has been published and shown nationally and internationally. Her award winning style enhances her ability to take the blank canvas of each client's home and create a work of art. Working with partners Kim and Jerry, she is able to take the contents of any home and give it that artistic edge that makes a difference! Pat is married with one grown son and 3 year old twin grandsons. She is an avid antique collector and has an eye for using accessories in a unique manner. |

It is the foundation of our work: We honor our home owners and their own taste and style. We do this by placing their things correctly! When a client suddenly sees her old things new again, there is a renewal of pride in both the home and the choices a client has made. So often people don't trust their instincts. They will buy an accessory or piece of furniture, bring it home, and then it doesn't look they way they had hoped. When we place those same things correctly and hear a client say "I guess I did know what I was doing", it makes it all worthwhile! |
